The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 460 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 392 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching mobile of the informant. The petitioner and co-accused, namely, Sonu Kumar, were apprehended by the police and on search looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the co-accused.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2019.
