2. The instant modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 12.07.2024 granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 48886 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to fulfill the condition no.1 mentioned therein and prays for replacement of the same with near relative in place of own/close member of the family of the petitioner. He further submits that the father of the petitioner Ranjit Kumar

No.61899 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 Singh has solemnized second marriage with other lady and his mother has also solemnized second marriage with other person and have flatly refused to become bailor of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner resides with his Nani and Nana at the present address.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 12.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48886 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the condition no. (I) mentioned in the aforesaid order is substituted and be read as follows:- "(I) One of the bailors shall be own/close family relative of the petitioner."

5. Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48886 of 2024 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

6. The petition stands disposed of.
