Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 47, 54, 57 and 63 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. 387 bottles Indian made foreign liquor containing near about 103 liters are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and even if the aforesaid recovery assumed to be true, then also, she can not be made responsible for keeping the aforesaid Indian made foreign liquor because the said recovery has been made from joint house.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub
