This writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):- "That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent authorities to pay the amount of Rs. 67,063.50/- which was deposited in the account of State Food Corporation for the month of June and july 2014 and August 2016 Vide Challans bearing Unique Reference no. 4070719023 dated 11/9/2014 Rs. 15,609/-, Unique Reference

Patna High Court CWJC No.14431 of 2022(5) dt.28-01-2025 2/2 No. 4070722020 dated 25/9/2014 Rs. 4524/-, Unique Reference No. 4070731621 dated 9/9/2015 Rs. 15,609/-, Unique Reference No. 6070793478 dated 29/11/2016 Rs. 25,669/- and Unique Reference No. 6070794600 dated 29/11/2016 Rs. 5,652.- by the petitioner for the issuance of Store Issue Order with 18% compound interest as the respondent authorities have neither issued Store Issue Order nor refund the amount to the petitioner till date even after repeated applications and further for grant of any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to according to law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the authorities have paid an amount of Rs. 51,483/- out of the total amount due to the petitioner Rs. 67,063.50/-.Learned counsel has stated that though he has tried to contact his client on several occasions but there is no response.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
