2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(2), 119(2), 325, 326(g), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109 of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have fired at the informant which hit a cow.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and in the occurrence none was injured.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Mansi P.S.
