The learned A.D.J.8th, Patna had sought further three months' time to conclude the Sessions Trial No.197 of 2015 arising out of Dhanarua P.S.Case No.357 of 2014 on the ground that out of nine charge sheeted witnesses, six witnesses have already been examined and for examination of rest three witnesses summons to I.O., Doctor and not bailable warrant to the informant have already been issued. Letters to the Senior S.P. and Superintendent of P.M.C.H. have been issued respectively and, as such, further three months' time should be granted to conclude the trial.

Under the circumstances, two months' further time is granted to the learned A.D.J.-8th , Patna for disposal of Sessions
