ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2017 in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.267 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 307 and other allied Sections of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of the fact that the main allegation under Sections 302 and 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act is against one Bhikhari Yadav, who is alleged to have fired at Nago Yadav, leading to his death and the petitioner is alleged to have given only lathi blow on the informant, without making any repetition thereof, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-
