JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order passed by Child Development Project Officer, Yogapatti, DistrictWest Champaran whereby the Appeal No.02 of 2021 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19639 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 Mandamus to remove the Respondent No.08 from the post of sevika in the center No.209 in the Yogapatti Block, Hathiya Panchayat and to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika in the center No. 209 in Hathiya Panchayat, Yogapatti Block, DistrictWest Champaran." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
