The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, four mobiles were recovered. It is submitted that the recovered mobiles do not tally with the descriptions given by the informant in the Fardbeyan.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 11.02.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
