The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No., 204/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is contractual employee working as a Data Entry Operator and he has no role in the alleged crime. From reading of the F.I.R., it is seems that some acts of omission and commission in maintaining the records which prima facie is the work of the Godown Manager and the Data Entry Operator cannot be fastened with the liability for acts of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65891 of 2021(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 the Godown Manger. Some co-accused involved in the crime have granted bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No., 204/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
