This is an application for bail in connection with K. Hat P.S.Case No. 369 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle from his possession.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in custody for six months having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45299 of 2017 (3) dt.10-10-2017 2/2 twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with K. Hat P.S.Case No. 369 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties in the jurisdiction of court concerned, (2) Petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear on each and every date fixed in court and failure to appear on two consecutive dates without any genuine reason or without permission of court, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
