The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2022 in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 129/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i) of the Arms Act.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery, this application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 129/2022. However, the District Judge, Khagaria is directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55383 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 get the following cases i.e., (i) Pasraha P.S. Case No.36/2015 (ii) Gogri P.S. Case No. 157/2016 (iii) Gogri P.S. Case No. 355/2020 (iv) Gogri P.S. Case No. 26/2021 transferred in one Court and get the trial expedited and the same should be concluded within six months from today and will send a report about the stage of trial after six months.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Judge, Khagaria through FAX and e-mail forthwith. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
