2.The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., the informant deposited Rs. 14,000/- in the account of petitioner that he will give the said amount to the nearby shop keeper but he had not made payment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid Rs. 14,000/- to the neighbouring shop keeper and he has not cheated anyone and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further, it is stated that no case is made out in this case against the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal

5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 108 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
