The present petition has been filed for modification in the bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 30381 of 2017 as well as in the order dated 06.07.2017 passed in the said case to the effect that Special (Excise) Case No. 60 of 2017 may be read as "Special Case No. 60 of 2017, arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017".

The petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the bail petition i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 30381 of 2017. Accordingly, the last paragraph of the order dated 06.07.2017 is directed to be amended and the said order be read as follows:

"Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem if fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35109 of 2017 (2) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 60 of 2017, arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 91 of 2017."
