After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition as charge sheet has been filed in this case. He also seeks liberty from the Court that for his grievance, he may file appropriate petition at appropriate stage before appropriate forum. Permission granted.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Writ Petition stands disposed off with aforesaid liberty.
