2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 dated 15.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 308(2), 308(4), 351(2), 351(3) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. and 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 20.02.2025 at about 03:00 P.M., while the informant's son was going to the Piro market then the co-accused, Ranjit Yadav along with two unknown persons stopped his son and abused and assaulted him and took his mobile phone, later they returned to his son and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55143 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 threatened his son and nephew and demanded extortion money from them. Further, on 14.03.2025 at about 07:00 P.M., the accused persons opened fire at the house of the informant's nephew and threatened to kill him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner has six criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Imadpur P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025, with a condition:-

No.55143 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 3/3 (i) The petitioner is directed to remain physically present before the learned Court below on each and every date, failing which on two consecutive dates without reasonable cause, the bail bonds of the petitioner are liable to be cancelled.
