The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In sum and substance, the Anchal Adhikari, Raxaul alleged that Dhrub Shankar Sah and Rajesh Sah had attached rent receipt No.0046692 with the application for grant of K.C.C., but the rent receipt was forged one.
The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of Rajesh Sah, who disclosed that the petitioner had introduced him to one Umesh Sah, who gave the rent receipt to Rajesh Sah.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18801 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Priyadarshi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Palanawa P.S. Case No.7 of 2015.
