The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.456 of 2016 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioner under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner took Rs.70,000/- from the complainant for providing job to the son of the complainant in foreign country.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is false and concocted. Prior to institution of the present complaint case, the petitioner filed Kateya P.S. Case No.18 of 2016 against the complainant and his son.

No.58555 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that no chit of paper is attached with the bail petition to show that the petitioner received any money from the complainant, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No.456 of 2016 (Trial No.133 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
