JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the victim and admittedly, two months prior to registration of the present case, the wife of victim had filed complaint case against the victim as well as other family members.

No doubt, victim is still traceless but it appears that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner on the case diary.

Moreover, the supervising authority directed the investigating officer to take out the prints of mobile phones of wife of victim as well as informant but the I.O did not comply with the order of the supervising authority. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3395 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2015 2/2 as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S.Case No. 97 of 2014.
