Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and according to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on 12.5.2014 whereas complaint case was filed on 28.5.2014 which was later on converted into present case.

Moreover, one co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 10.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.545/2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
