====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing F.I.R. lodged in Economic offence P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 dated 15.05.2016. Counsel submits that it is a case of 2016 and petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed. Till date, nothing has come against him.

Counsel for the State submits that for his grievances, petitioner may be granted liberty in the light of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1285 of 2021(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Vide Order Dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner that he shall represent the entire matter before the Superintendent of Police, Saran within four weeks and the Superintendent of Police, Saran upon hearing the parties, shall take appropriate decision in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases, with regard to the reliefs. With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.
