The petitioners seek bail in K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2004, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 696 of 2005, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have misused the privilege of bail for about five years and for that the petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional
