JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

On account of recovery of loaded firearm from each of the petitioners during course of checking, search, both the petitioners happen to be under custody since 20.01.2016. Furthermore, from Para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioners have been named in so many cases after their arrest in the present case and before that, they have clean antecedent. Accordingly, petitioners, Amar Kumar Yadav and Karan Kumar Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P. S. Case no.15 of 2016.
