Petitioner seeks bail in Special (Excise) Case No.226 of 2019 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No.65 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 137.25 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from ditch in orchard. The police arrested petitioner and other two persons from the place of occurrence. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
