In view of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4, the court is of the view that no positive order is required to be passed in the present petition. However, the court expects that the District Teacher Appointment Appellate Authority may take final decision in Appeal No. 88 of 2010. The petition stands disposed of with indication that if within reasonable time no action is taken by the authority
