JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Criminal Miscellaneous No.16759 of 2015 wherein Ghuran Kamat @ Dhuran Kamat is the petitioner while Criminal Miscellaneous No.19612 of 2015 wherein Shiv Shankar Thakur happens to be the petitioner commonly originate out of Phulpras P.S. Case No.14 of 2015 and on account thereof, there happens to be conjoint hearing and are being disposed of by a common order.
Petitioners Shiv Shankar Thakur was apprehended at the spot while Raman Yadav and Amrendra Paswan managed to escape. At that very moment Shiv Shankar Thakur was driving a motorcycle which happens to be stolen one. In
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16759 of 2015 (3) dt.30-06-2015 likewise manner, on interrogation as well as inculpatory confessional statement of Shiv Shankar Thakur, one motorcycle has been recovered from his house, another from the house of Ghuran Kamat for which they have not shown any document. Both the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as has been pleaded in para-3 of the respective petitions and are under custody since 15.01.2015.
Accordingly, petitioners Ghuran Kamat @ Dhuran Kamat, Shiv Shankar Thakur each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulpras P.S. Case No.14 of 2015.
