KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467,468, 469 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of producing forged and fabricated certified copy of Khatiyan in the court of Collector, Samastipur in Case No. 43 of 2012. During the course of inquiry, the certified copy was found forged and fabricated which resulted in institution of the present case by the Circle Officer, Pusa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has committed no offence and also has got clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016.
