After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner contended at the Bar that against the notice dated 23.06.2017 issued to the petitioner in connection with Red Card Cancellation Case from the office of the Circle Officer, Krityanand Nagar, Purnea, the petitioner had preferred CWJC No. 13406 of 2022, wherein the petitioner was directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.13561 of 2024(2) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 appear before the Circle Officer, Krityanand Nagar, Purnea and file his show-cause. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner has been pursuing his remedy by filing appropriate show-cause but till date the same has not been disposed off and, as such, he seeks permission to pursue the remedy afore-noted after withdrawing the present writ petition.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
