JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he uploaded indecent photographs of informant on Face-book and threatened the informant's brother to circulate the aforesaid photographs amongst the local people and also demanded Rs.2 lacs from him.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there was love affair between the petitioner and the informant and, as a matter of fact, family members of informant pressurized her to lodge this false case against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45600 of 2016 (2) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 since 15.08.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 46 of 2016.
