Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is owner of the vehicle from which liquor was recovered.

Submission is that the petitioner has already let out the vehicle on rent under an agreement at Annexure-3. Considering the aforesaid submission and the statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with
