2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024, registered for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including these petitioners are said to have committed murder of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that petitioner no. 1 is the sister-in-law (Gotani) and petitioner no. 02 is daughter-in-law of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58601 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-X, East Champaran at Motihari/concerned court below in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
