Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 5 of 2014 arising out of Asthawan P.S. Case No. 90 of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 302 of the I.P.C. is added. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail along with co-accused Soni Kumar was rejected for the present by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 38196 of 2013 on 10.02.2014, but later on, Coaccused Soni Kumar was granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 13550 of 2015 on 15.04.2015.
