JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 The instant writ petition involves the issue of correction in the record of the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board').

The name of the petitioner is Khusbu Kumari but in the result of BETET-2017 it has been mentioned as 'Khusboo Kumari'. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondent-Board to correct such typographical error in the result.

Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Board to make necessary correction at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of
