JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the husband of deceased who had made her fardbeyan on 28.05.2014 alleging against the petitioner that he poured K. Oil on her and lit fire on her body. The deceased died in course of her treatment.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 927 of 2014, arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 346 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, VII, Danapur stands rejected. However, the concerned court should expedite the trial of the petitioner.
