The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 106/2015 dated 25.06.2015 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal. An officer of a Pvt. Company viz. Bandhan Bank was divested of Rs. 39,975/- by the miscreants when he was going to Madhepura.
The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he was remanded in this case from another case viz. Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 110/2015. Though the petitioner bears criminal antecedents, but in the present case, neither is he named in the F.I.R. nor is there any recovery from him. Some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49507 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015.
