JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2024 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that in compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 17.8.2023, passed in CWJC No. 11179 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna, has already passed the final order on 16.11.2024, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 14 of 2023-24.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 16.11.2024, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court MJC No.2693 of 2024(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 Encroachment Act, 1956. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
