Petitioner seeks his bail in Belaganj P.S.Case No.117 of 2014 registered under Sections 498A, 304B and 201/34 IPC. The victim was married with the petitioner in the year 2011. The informant alleged that the petitioner was torturing her daughter. It is alleged that the petitioner killed the daughter of the informant and her dead body was hurriedly cremated.

Mr. R.K. Sharma, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim was suffering from Epilepsy and was under treatment of Dr. Vijoy Kumar Singh and Dr. P.N. Choudhary. She became unconscious and died. Dr.Vijoy Kumar Singh was a Psychiatrist and Dr. Choudhary was General Surgeon. The victim died within two years of her marriage and her dead body was hurriedly created. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
