JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The instant writ petition involves the issue of correction in the record of the Bihar School Examination Board (hereinafter referred to as 'the Board').

The name of the father of the petitioner is Jairam Singh but in the result of BETET-2017 it has been mentioned as 'Jairam Prasad'. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondent-Board to correct such typographical error in the result.

Considering the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16132 of 2019(2) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 respondent-Board to make necessary correction at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
