2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No.63331 of 2022, which stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the order dated 16.01.2024 passed by this Court.

3. From perusal of the case record, it appears that firstly, the connected case was dismissed for non-compliance of this Court's order dated 16.10.2024 and restored vide order dated 15.12.2023. Thereafter, vide order dated 13.07.2023, it was again dismissed for non-prosecution. This is the third time that the application has been filed for restoring the Cr. Misc. No.63331 of 2022.

4. From the facts aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this application rather he is only wasting the time of the Court.

5. Accordingly, this restoration application is dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh application for grant of anticipatory bail. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
