The petitioner seeks bail in Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 200/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that three persons came on bike and dashed the informant and on protest one of the criminals directed to kill him upon which another fired shot causing injury in his Panjara. The informant alleged that the petitioners are inimical to him due to land dispute and the petitioners have conspired and at this instance occurrence took place. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madheupra in connection with Singeshwar P.S. Case No. 200/2014.
