Petitioner, Hari Bot @ Hari Bhot, is in custody since 22.01.2016 in Gobrahiya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

According to prosecution case, from the possession of this petitioner, one country-made gun, five live cartridges and five empty cartridges were recovered.

Considering the nature of the allegation and the period of detention, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobrahiya P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016.
