The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipra PS Case No. 33/2018 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the totality of the fact situation, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application in order to approach the court below for grant of regular bail on surrender. In the event the petitioner above named surrenders and prays for regular bail the court below is directed to dispose of the application on its own merit on the same day. While considering the case of the petitioner the court below will consider the fact that other co-accused persons have been granted bail. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of
