Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a)/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The police on information raided the house of the petitioner and from there the police recovered different articles for manufacturing arms.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the house was not in exclusive possession of the petitioner. Other family members are also residing in the house. Petitioner is in jail since one year. It appears that huge quantity of materials for manufacturing arms and ammunitions were recovered. The petitioner has got criminal

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
