The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code under Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 40 of U.A.P Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that the informant A.S.I. on receiving secret information raided the house of petitioner and one country made pistol was recovered from the right hand of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38705 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to local village politics. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 01.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Gangaur) P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 (S. Tr. No. 238 of 2017).
