Petitioner has filed present writ application for a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board to make correction of typographical error in the father's name of petitioner as 'Janki Prajapat' instead of 'Janaki Prajapat' in the result card of BETET-2017.

In view of the above, the Court directs the Bihar School Examination Board to take appropriate decision for correction of typographical error in the name of the father of the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
