Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S.Case no.69/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story is that the petitioners came to the Darwaza of the informant and it is further alleged that one Arbaz Khan has taken dagger from the hands of the petitioner and stabbed on his chest causing injury to him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that FIR itself shows that he is not assailant rather the assailant is Arbaz Khan. Petitioner is aged about 60 years and having no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No.69 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
