2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 166/2023 arising out of Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2013 registered under section 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 325, 379 and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim and caused simple injury. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56540 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 166/2023 arising out of Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2013.
8. The petitioner will visit Udakishunganj police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
