The petitioner submits that without show cause, his license has been cancelled which is against the mandate of law contained in Clause 7.2 of the 2007 Control Order. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned order is set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law. Shashi.
