JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter that stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage and accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Purnea, stands rejected.

However, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible and if the trial of the petitioner is not concluded within six months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2469 of 2015 (5) dt.22-04-2015 2 / 2 from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned court below.
