Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 323, 324, 354, 506, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries are simple in nature. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature.
